Contains the contents of convention notebooks from the years 1940, 1944, 1948, 1952 and 1956. All of the notebooks contain convention schedules, information regarding the city in which each convention took place, and typewritten manuscripts of various committee reports. The last folder of the series contains two booklets: one a convention guide from 1954 and one a convention program from 1956. These have been filed in this series because such booklets were usually included in convention notebooks.
